I have the same issue using the Sound Blaster X-Fi sound card. Two things sort of worked, I get sound but it sounds a bit distorted. I changed the format to 32 bit 48000Hz. The other way was enabling DTS Encoding. Sound works fine if I use HDMI to my TV though. I never had an issue like this before. Both FH3 and FM7 work fine.
